| Parody Song Title: | "Being Jim Bob Duggar" |
| Parody Written by: | carly_carlz |
This is a song from Jim Bob Duggar's POV. If you don't know who they are, they are an idiotic family from Arkansas that has 18 kids. Seriously. Watch 18 kids and counting or look them up. This is not meant to offend conservative Christians, feminists, orr other groups. This is only meant to offend The Duggars.
I come from Rural Arkansas
You marry when you're young
They think the men should work and women should act dumb
Me and Michelle we met in high school
when she was just seventeen
Right then and there, we married… later for publicity
I'm just being Jim Bob Duggar
And being a Duggar is right
Oh being one of us is being Christ
Then I got Michelle pregnant
There'd be way more where that came from
And for my nineteenth birthday we booked a flight and screamed "LA here we come!"
We went down to headquarters
TLC put it all to rest
No more Jon and Kate, forget Betty Hayes
They said we'd be the best
Then we welcomed a little Duggar
And being a Duggar is right
Oh being one of us is being Christ
We got a job working for money for the Discovery TV
But we know there ain't been much work on account of the economy
Now we have 18 children, I'm not kidding
Baby #19 is on its way
Now our oldest son Josh got married
And they have a family like ours someday
But I remember a stranger coming in her car
Her body semi-tall standing from afar
That night she came up to our house to rant
"May Jesus be with you" we all cult-ishly chant
Now those memories make me think of that chick
She's as crazy as Obama
Well we are very conservative
So go complain to your mama
That's our values as a Duggar
Depriving our kids of their lives
Let's all act like Duggars tonight
Love being Duggars
my wife, kids, and I
Oh being a Duggar is right
You marry when you're young
They think the men should work and women should act dumb
Me and Michelle we met in high school
when she was just seventeen
Right then and there, we married… later for publicity
