The Lyrics

Jagshemash! There is an obvious pacing issue that needs to be addressed here so I'll do that; the word born has one syllable, the word Borat has two, the substitute doesn't fit perfectly but IMHO it comes close enough for karaoke because of the way Bruce Springsteen stretches out the o's when he sings this song, but don't just take my word for it, there are plenty of version of TOS on Youtube, here's one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPudiBR15mk
Born over in Kazakstan
The first view he saw was of a hole in the ground
He's fed up eating dogs that was cooked too much
He travelled half the world just whooping it up

Borat in the USA, he is Borat in the USA
He is Borat in the USA, Borat in the USA

He's more than hot on Baywatch Pam
He'll obey his trifle government
Now his off to a foreign land
To go and watch the redneck man

Borat in the USA, he is Borat in the USA
He is Borat in the USA, Borat in the USA

Longs back home to his wife and flees
Firing at jews as if he had ammo free
Payed down to get an ice cream van
He says: Have fun - understand!

He had a run-in with some Texans
Coming off as ding-a-ling
Showed no fear, his minds' gone

He had a horse he loved as a Don Juan
Still got a picture of him in its hoofs now

Dressed as a fairy in the twentieth century
Letting out gas like a refinery
He has no fears as he making his show
Nothing he shuns and a mustache he grows

Borat in the USA, he is Borat in the USA
Borat in the USA, he's a third world loony in the USA
Borat in the USA, he is Borat in the USA
Borat in the USA, he's a third world loony in the USA

Love the OS,parody, and movie ( my fav comedy of all time, maybe), and Borat rules, I should do a Borat parody sometime

Pretty easy to fit Borat into the chorus when you sing it aloud, I thought that worked fine. Kazakstan/ground was a bit more of a stretch, but it still sounds okay as a rhyme. I missed the movie, but funny song!

I had EXACTLY the same idea about 2 months ago, Peter...but couldn't come up with anything that worked. Glad you did! 555

In spite of your well-voiced argument, I still cannot be convinced that "Bo-RAT" could be stretched over "BORN", no matter how long Bruce sings it. I'll be generous and not vote.
