One of the keys in historian Allan Lichtman's election outcome prediction system is candidate charisma but it has to be broad charisma. The 2024 Republican candidate has charisma with his nutty base but has anti-charisma with a greater number of people.

Isn't stalling for time in uncertain situations while waiting for more information one of the key features of experienced actors and politicians? This might be the most presidential thing she has done so far. Sure, Trump winging it without a teleprompter all the time is even more impressive, but as far as gaffes goes this one isn't, I'd go so far as to guess she's been prepped and trained for doing this if their tech goes out accidentally or if it's being hacked.

As people with brains already know, she comes into politics with experience as a prosecutor. Most folks in the legal profession learn how to choose their words and diction with style over time. It's not like she had to learn to deflect and debate in three months time. And in the end game, NOBODY REALLY GIVES A F.

Lichtman correctly predicted nine of the last 10 presidential races. The only one he missed was in 2000 which was decided by 537 votes in Florida. Based on that track record, the best set MAGAts can hope for is a race like 2000 where the now Rump-stuffed Supreme Court can make him winner. There is every reason for them to be sweating hard.

Congrads President Elect Kamala! Break out the tissues magas ;-p I personally don't think Allan Lichtman's "10 out of 10" is impressive. Actually if you correctly guess 10 coin tosses in a row the odds are 1/1024. However if you can observe the coins as they come down and call them right before they hit the ground that's 100%. Most of us knew in September when he "predicted" Kamala that she would easily win. So his predictions are something anyone can do. The only election that gave him clout was 2016 when the loser "won"...but he also incorrectly predicted Gore, a winner who "lost'

Agree with Charlie that the R candidate has anti-charisma (severe repulsiveness) with more people than he has charisma with. Maybe the reason Musk said he's f***** if that candidate loses is because of his million dollar giveaways to his supporters, which could be illegal?
