The Lyrics

This is a song about a Macca's girl, I call her the maccas Queen. guys with a girlfriend who works at Maccas, sing this to her
You can serve, get the chips, having a fries and a coke
See that girl, watch her serve, she is the Maccas Queen

Friday night at the drive thru
Looking for a big Mac to go
Pull up to the window, grab the food
You come to look for a feed
Nobody could be that gal
She’s good, got me under a spell
With a bit of free sauce, everything is fine
You get some food on your pants
And when you get the chance...

You are the Maccas queen, young and teen, only seventeen
Maccas queen, feel the heat from the bay-maree
You can serve, work the register, having some fries and a coke
See that girl, watch her serve, she is the Maccas queen

You were good but not no more
Burning the fries now you’re a whore
Hitting on my brother, anyone will do
Got food on my pains
And when you get the chance...

Will you be my Maccas queen, young and teen, only seventeen
Maccas queen, feel the beat from the bay maree
You can serve, get the fries, having a fries and a coke
See that girl, watch her serve, dig in the Maccas queen

Nice parody of one of my favorite 70s OSes. I really enjoyed it.

"Macca" is one of Paul McCartney's nicknames, so I was thinking this was about Linda. Then again, it could have been about Heather, which would be a very different song. Now, I ain't sayin' she's a gold digger, but she went for the Brit whose bankroll's bigger.

For the non-Australians: Macca's is the Australian nickname for McDonald's.

You asked for feedback, Sai, so I'll give you mine. I don't want to come across as nasty, but this needs a hell of a lot of work.
1) The pacing is very poor; you seem to have chosen words with no regard for them fitting into the original song's structure.
2) The parody doesn't rhyme where it's supposed to
3) You seem to have come up with the theme of "Maccas Queen" without any ideas on how you could make it funny. The parody doesn't really go anywhere.
I've not seen your name here before, so I'm assuming your new. You've got two options; to get offended by what I've said, or to try to improve your writing by reading others work and seeing how they do it. I sure hope you go for the second option. All the best

p.s. I'm not going to score this, as I don't want to come down hard on a fellow Aussie, but if I did, my score would be 222

Hey kristof, yeah i am new, and i appreciate your feedback. i admit yes its not all that funny and no it doesnt go anywhere, but i do believe it it is worth at least a 4 for pacing... i mean come on... but thats probably just because i wrote it and it runs better in my head, and to the music. but alls fair in forums and websites
