The Lyrics

While browsing a good source song for a parody, I encountered a Willie Nelson parody "Mamas, Don't Let Your Children Grow Up into Pastors" where the protagonist complains that pastors are seldom at home and rather spend all their time with the parish rather than wife and kids. It was easy enough then think about a Judaist version of the same. Now would someone do "Mamas, Don't Let Your Children Grow Up into Imams"?
Mamas, don't let your children grow up into rabbis
Just put them in college together with goys
let them read science and become frat boys
Mamas, don't let your children grow up into rabbis
'Cause they're never at home but in shul all along
It's halakha they only love

Rabbis are easy to get but they'll give you a get
They rather deal diamonds and gold, or perform a brith
They love Hebrew letters and faded old sifrei
and teaching in shul and minyan
If you don't understand Hebrew or will not keep kashruth
he'll probably will let you down

Mamas, don't let your children grow up into rabbis
Don't let them read Talmud or wed Jewish mom
let them shtup shiksoth and eat shrimp and ham
Mamas, don't let your children grow up into rabbis
'Cause they're never at home but in shul all along
It's halakha they only love

Rabbis love Midrash and Talmud and old faded Tanakhs
Praying with t'fillin and wearing tallith both day and the night
Them that don't know Torah won't love them and them that do
know that they just love debating -
He isn't mean, he is just kvetching, but it's his devotion
to pursue the tikkun olam

Mamas, don't let your children grow up into rabbis
Don't let them spend time in yeshiva too much
let them be doctors and lawyers and such
Mamas, don't let your children grow up into rabbis
'Cause they're never at home but in shul all along
It's halakha they only love
I chose to translitterate the tav into "th" which is the closest to Hebrew spelling. Ashkenazi pronunciation is "s" while Sephardi pronunciation is "t": compare "bris" vs "brit".
