The Lyrics

You have to bend a bit to make this fit, "Fur Elis-eh", but oh well. I once had a girlfriend that only learned to play this piece, struggled for hours with it, played it, and was done with the piano. And with me.
FUR ELISE

There once was a piece- Fur Elise
Playin’ like me is a curse, but I still try
The piece is infernal, I play it, it tease me
Forever I tend it, forever it dies

My playing’s for the birds, clinkin’ all the thirds
I guess I should play the guitar
The noise that I am causing starts a million cookies tossing
And my kid can do it better by a-far

I tackle Beethoven
A simple rhythm keeps getting behind, a note I can’t find
And killing that music, wearing the earplugs
Clear out the room, and hide all the knives

My playing’s for the birds, clinkin’ all the thirds
I guess I should play the guitar
The noise that I am causing starts a million cookies tossing
And my kid can do it better by a-far

Gas on a wildfire, oil on an ice rink
Play all the chords for wife and my boy
Performance becomes somehow pure evil vileness
The note I began with, I even destroy

I won’t know success till they stop all the screams
And this piece ain’t so rough echoing the halls
And the lessons I take are a waste of my salary
The simple factoid is to play takes some balls

My playing’s for the birds, clinkin’ all the thirds
I guess I should play the guitar
The noise that I am causing starts a million cookies tossing
And my kid can do it better by a-far

There once was a piece- Fur Elise
Playin’ like me is a curse, but I still try

I think there’s a page missing
I think there’s a page missing
I think there’s a page missing
I think there’s a page missing
I think there’s a page missing
I think there’s a page missing
I think there’s a page missing
I think there’s a page missing

A portrait of musical hell by one who has evidently been there! (ala opening of the Fifth Symphony) This Is Real Good! Just Like Rick Should! ;D

I go with Lady. I love Beethoven and wish I had developed that ability.
