Minecraft (TM) is still a popular game. My grandson helped me (a lot) with how to play it over the last couple of years. The other day my oldest son and I fired up the PS4 for a trip down memory lane and came up with the genesis of this little ditty. Besides, we could use something here besides politics, no?
1 I started up a new Minecraft™ game
And chose a few numbers for seed
Then changed the settings, “Survival” mode
But “peaceful” the level I need,
CHO: Now I’ve a brand-new peaceful biome
With hills and rivers, I’ve found!
Also a nice patch of level ground!
2 I then used stuff from my bonus chest
Some food and some goodies for me,
I used those things from that chest to make
A house and some tools, all for free

3 Best thing about that old peaceful mode
No bad guys or enemies known,
And I can mine or go explore
In any or all the biomes
Cho: It’s a peaceful. Minecraft™ biome,
Just findin’ trees to chop down
Or I’m mining lots of items,
All from the ground!
