cool cash in my care
norm yelled "glad to meet ya"
rising up from his chair
i, of course, kept my distance
i felt a shivering fright
my thoughts grew heavy
as i eyeballed him
i took a room for the night
then i walked down the hallway
i found my lttle cell
and i was thinking to myself
check out at seven and drive off like hell
then i took off my sandals
put my suitcase away
there were voices in my head, for sure
i thought i heard them say...

how dumb is this motel paranoia ?
its a lovely place...norman's full of grace
won't be no doom...its just motel paranoia
any kind of fear...needs to disappear

his mind is definitely twisted
he's got no neighbors or friends
he's such a snotty little mama's boy
he's 'round the bend
creepy house in the back yard
sweet mama's dead
some parts are dismembered
some hang by a thread
and her head is all bashed in
fleas prance on her spine
he says, "she hasn't really been all here
since nineteen sixty nine"
that's what those voices were crowing, from far away
just a dream in the middle of the night ?
its just hard to say

its been very nice...at a decent price

staring at the ceiling
my body, stabbed and sliced

he changed into the beast

i was sliding towards the floor
wounds were on my side and back
i was bloody red with gore
attacked by this mad man
who was dressed up to deceive
he's his mama any time he likes
