Song Parodies -> "Seas Ail Ya"

Original Song Title:

"Cecilia"

Original Performer:

Simon & Garfunkel

Parody Song Title:

"Seas Ail Ya"

Parody Written by:

Merry & Pippin

The Lyrics

Seas ail ya, for sailing’s an art
There’s breakers so grandious gale-ing
Oh, seas ail ya, face forming green hues
I'm pegging this cruise is o’erblown

Seas ail ya, gut aching’s the start
You're chucking up brunch o’er the railing
Oh, seas ail ya, I’m doubled on knees
And begging the seas to becalm
Stop the harm...

Hurling up, carrots are festooned, when seas ail ya
Fellow sailors swoon (hurling up)
Technicolour yawn takes place
Then runs start, other end
Signals more fall from grace

Seas ail ya, no barque-ing I’ll start
Or carking from vomitus may be
Oh, seas ail ya; so drown me oh please
Secure my release from ill dome
In the foam

Navigation
No suffering’s end
I’ll sure do no more watercrafting

Humi’lation
I swear as we wend
That all of the wavelettes are laughing

Sea sickness is rough, but so is taking too much Dramamine. I once took too much, and man, does it make you loopy.

The OS is one of my childhood favorites. Particularly liked "You're chucking up brunch o’er the railing"

"Seas ail ya, no barque-ing I’ll start"... Ha! A regular tsunami of clever breakin' over the site!
[PS: Dram'amine doesn't quite cut it for me No, I require industrial strength Kilo'mine...]

Respectfully differ with McKludge -- thought OS on Top 10 Stupid List -- but (b)limey, this is a bloody fine improvement you've heaved!

@ Fiddlegirl: Brag, brag, brag.... and how 'bout giving someone else a shot at the outhouse once in a while? ;)
