The Lyrics

There'll Never Be The Best Of Darius If I Keep This Up. So I Hope I Myself Enj-WAHed It.
[Intro]
I'll Never Get The Best Of Darius,
I'll Never Get It, It's Too Mysterious,
All I Want Is To Get Some More Little Sleep.
I'll Never Get The Best Of Darius,
It's Never Real, Not Ever Serious,
All I Want Is to Get Some More Little Sleep.

[Bridge 1]
Am I Bad At All?
Am I Tired At All?
Do I Sleep At All?
I'm Not The Best, You See.

[Bridge 2]
I'll Never Get The Best Of Darius,
So Let Me Sleep, And See What There Is.
Somebody Here Told Me, That I Suck, And They All Want Me To Leave.

[Bridge 1]
Am I Bad At All?
Am I Tired At All?
Do I Sleep At All?
I'm Not The Best, You See.

[Chorus 1]
Oh, I'm No Good,
Little, Little, Little, Little Did I Know,
Uh, A Little Little, Little Did I Know,
Little Little Little, Little, Little Did I Know,
I'm Just Lazy, And Bored Out Of My Mind, You See.

I'll Tell You,
You Can Think Of Me,
And My Songs,
You Can Think Of Me,
And The Things I Do Wrong.
You Can Think of Me,
Think Of Me,
Think Of All The Fun You'd See.

Yeah, All The Coffee, I Can Drink From A Cup,
Pour It On Me, And I Can Get It Off,
There's One Thing Left, That I Don't Wanna Know,
You Keep On Telling Me, To Pack My Stuff And Go.

Ain't I Bad At All?
Ain't I Bad At All
Ain't I Bad At All?
Bad At All, Doo Doo, Doo Doo, Ooh, Ooh.

I'll Never Get The Best Of Darius,
I'll Never Get The Best Of Darius,
Never, Ever, Never Ever, Never Ever, Never Be!

I'll Never Get The Best Of Darius,
My Songs Are Written, They're So Mysterious.
All I Want Is To Get Just A Little Sleep.

I Don't Need The Best Of Darius,
I Need A New Job,
I Need A New Wish,
I'll Never Ever, Never Ever, Never Ever, Get This Deep!

Meta-commentary. You got weird, yet introspective. Don't do this too often. I hope this really isn't goodbye, just when you started getting interesting.

Another two cents: We've seen many newcomers to the site go through the early almost manic quantify phase over the years (and one that never seems to get out of it). Some leave after that phase. But some of those come back later having discovered the quality joy of working with individual songs for longer, how much funnier it is too nail pacing, and how much they missed the actual creative process of those two things. Don't let a certain writer here tell you that quantity matters, it doesn't - the best writer to ever grace the amiright fields is probably the now semi-professional spaff.com who's written less than 200 parodies over 15 years.
