It's been a really long time synth I heard that song! No, honestly I'd never heard it before, I just wanted to make the "synth" pun -- I gotta say, they may have gone a bit overboard with the Roland there. :-D

I loved your parody, a rich and harmonious pairing with the original. The Rudolph rein-in at the last merits shouts of glee (or a toast at the very least [clink!]).
