Our group is changing almost all the time.
Folks don't know what we're called anymore.

I was thinking that maybe we'd need a name,
Not a list of guys that's often changed.
Just something that fans could call us,
With appeal and sorta strange.

It's hard to rise to fame
When bands remain unnamed,
Unknown.

To win some fans, you gotta have a band.
To win demand, you gotta have a brand,
Something that rolls off the tongue.

Some time before, we played and roamed the land.
I was stalked by a groupie of the band.
I was the last on a vast list.
She was craving my heart but seemed like second-hand.

A name,
A band needs a name.
A name.

Something that stays ever young.
