The story behind this parody is, well, I've always been a fan of the way KISS do overlapping or partially overlapping choruses. Both Paul and Gene are very good singers and Ace and some various others haven't been bad either. Hard rock fans may flinch to the comparison but in using that they were also pioneers in the boy band genre (and supreme to many of their successors). "Charisma" is far from the best example but because of the above I've been sketching to it a "Where is ma?" parody about babysitting, with words sung by a "disgruntled childrens choir". As often in my parody writing it didn't end up exactly there, and you can't see it in writing, but in my head the "dear santa" lines that is a substitute for both "what is my" and "charisma" is still sung by a whole bunch of noisy kids, even though the rest is sung by just one.

For whatever the reason Peter I cant play this tune on my smartphone, no matter where I look on the web. So DKTOS ONCE AGAIN, SADLY, BUT i will say that the OS is a list song that takes a bit of work to make entertaining as a parody, so I can say without question I have been entertained. ,l

Lots of repetition as is forced by the original. The odd thing about Christmas parodies compared to say Halloween parodies, most Christmas parodies just can't get me going unless its close to Christmas, except for some really strange ones like the two by Al, or Spaff's Centerfold parody, but zombies and vampires aren't necessarily a Halloween thing and work year round, I don't know, just didn't laugh much, I wanted to. . .
