Finally, I am doing a Journey parody. Journey is actually my favorite band at the moment, so I was glad to be able to write this in the final minutes of our school year after I had completed my lit final and was staring at the clock in despair, waiting for summer to come and spring me from school for three months. I have never seen time move more slowly in my life.
Here I sit impatiently
For that final bell to ring
Freshman year's gone by slowly
And I want to leave
When I finish finals
The clock stops, and I'm in anguish
I think the clock broke
Or time has stopped
Can't I just leave now?
So here we sit impatiently

There's too much time left in class
Before we're excused
One, one minute has passed
Why- why?????

Is time done torturing me?

Well, I'm glad that the school year is over now so I have the entire summer to do what I want without having to make time to study. (Summer, as you may have noticed, is my favorite time of the year.) So vote and leave a comment, and let me know what you thought
