Yes, the 'Me don't lie' part really brings the Cookie Monster to life.
I did suspect a somewhat sinister reason the Monster craved cookies so much...

Just what IS the fascination you have with Sesame Street? You caused me to write a "dirty" Sesame Street parody. We'll see if Charles G. allows it. You'd LOVE it. If it turns out that he boots it...maybe we can find a way so that you can see it. Oh...yeah...right...All 5s...as usual (God, this all 5s bit is getting boring!)
