And again... viagra has three syllables. Cocaine has two. That's a fairly big annoyance.
I agree with that; "Viagra" doesn't seem like an obvious parody title for "Cociane"; I will probably vote 3 for pacing.
Weird Al does that sort of thing all the time. If you're going strictly by matching syllable by syllable, it might deserve a three, but if you bother to sing the song aloud at all, it's pretty easy to fit "Viagra" into the chorus. I gave it a 4 for pacing, and it didn't annoy me much.
