The Lyrics

If your scalp's got a tan, and Yul Brynner's your man, Rogaine
You got chrome on your dome, all your hair's on your comb, Rogaine
Hey bald guy, better buy, and apply, Rogaine

You're in the Hair Club for Men, Captain Picard got you in, Rogaine
You got Phil Collins head, you can't get her in bed, Rogaine
See that Cy, Sperling guy, better try, Rogaine

Well it's tough to get laid, if you look like Sinead, Rogaine
Don't forget this fact, there's no sex on Kojak, Rogaine
Hey bald guy, better buy, and apply, Rogaine
See that Cy, Sperling guy, better try, Rogaine

Short, but brilliant. Made me laugh.

I've heard similar improvization parodies on this subject...but I'm glad you finally got the idea on line (and did a good job, too)! ;D

This has been done a few times before, but who cares, it's great -- and that's no lie, bald-faced or otherwise.

It's a J.J. Cale song, not a Clapton song, and Cale did it first. Wonderful parody, though.

A little late to the party (almost 8 years), so I doubt you'll ever see this. But if you do...that first verse is awesome, man! Very good stuff.

It can be tough to do a great parody of a simple song .. because it's simple. Lay down six original lines and you've got an adequate parody. This guy resisted that temptation and went completely out of the box
