"Nissan"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Nissan bears its emblem like a crown
Its former name Datsun
'Cause I like the name
And they tell me they’re the finest cars around

Nissan, Nissan costs some money
But not a lot, I say
Spend my days driving
In a new one of the color grey

It was bought and driven off the lot on a rainy day
When mechanics said my Ford is dead
And it bit the dust
I’ll be happy with my new car today

And it shall be Nissan
And it shall be a good van
And it shall be Nissan
‘Cause I’m looking for a family van
And it shall be Nissan
And it shall be a good van
It shall be Nissan

Nissan cruising all over the town
My family loves this ride
Nissan to drive around all day
Dependable with performance and style

The youngsters, they’ll want to own a Lexus
Leave Nissan far behind
Take the Quest and go cruising
But Nissan, Nissan never dies

It was bought and driven off the lot on a rainy day
When mechanics said my Ford is dead
And it bit the dust
I’ll be happy with my new car today

And it shall be Nissan
And it shall be a good van
And it shall be Nissan
‘Cause I’m looking for a family van
And it shall be Nissan
And it shall be a good van
It shall be Nissan

And it shall be Nissan
And it shall be a good van
And it shall be Nissan
‘Cause I’m looking for a family van
And it shall be Nissan
And it shall be a good van
It shall be Nissan

Makes a lot more sense than the original song. I can relate to it, especially since the demise of "Bankbreak Chrysler".
