Explain this to me. If we're going with the theory that CoP's cache-clearing causes certain reactions, why would it necessarily mean negative numbers, and more importantly, why would it only affect one poster?
it doesn't mean negative numbers in some instances, and multiple posters are affected, but i tend to think it's a bot.
