Parody Song Title:

"We Couldn't Live Without Our Cells"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

We still could live if we lost our hearts
A body transplants almost all it's parts
But like shot guns won't shoot without shells
We couldn't live without our cells..

We're teamed like California and Frisco
And just like Global Warming links to Al Gore
There is nothing that we'll ever need more
We couldn't live without our cells

We just can't live without our cells
Crave all those dingaling ringtone bells
We might survive without a darned thing else,
But we'd die without our cells..

With no finger taps, and no text
We'd freeze like Fargo would without any Wells
Be shaky bags a' nerves, depressed and perplexed
Just couldn't live without our cells..

Cursed with addictions that we must fulfil
Should be implanted, maybe someday they will
We'd be dyin' all us guys and gals
Could never live without our cells

We couldn't live without our cells
Right with the body this high tech jells
Evil, but needed like those root canals,
Couldn't live without our cells,

We couldn't live without our cells

Wassup AFW, trying to make microbiology relevant to today's youth?

Nice creativity-555! During WW2 the SS Technical Branch experimented with artificial life for weaponization. Mostly lab tests- X-Things did not live long. Was hoped to drop lethal bio-organisms on Allied and Soviet troops. And the metal-eating organisms the US used in ODS were originated in W Germany post-WW2 and the patents sold. israel got its Blazer reactive armor from MBB as well. They didn't invent it ;-)

I was kind of hoping you'd work 'mitochondria' into the song somewhere :-). It's the only part of the cell I remember from school.

Like Warren, at first I was thinking organic cells. Clever rhyming ideas, as usual, esp Wells/jells. canals. Dial 555 Oh, hate to be the one to tell you about the wrong 'it's' again. At least you've got the spelling of grammar licked now.
