The Lyrics

Paying my last respects to the late Maurice Gibb.
Here I cry
We have lost a part of gettin' down
Not his time
In our world of tears we slowly drown
Maurice gone
His brothers sang the song, "Alone"
We really should be mourning you
mourning you
Loving you mourning you

Tragedy
When Maurice Gibb's gone and you can't go on
It's tragedy
When the mourning stops and you don't know why
We just lot Maur
With no-one to co-write you're
goin' nowhere
Tragedy
When you lose bassist and your keyboardist
It's tragedy
When the mourning stops and you don't know why
We just lost maur
With no-one to play bass you're
goin' nowhere
But Maurice is gone and you can't go on

Yesterday
there's a burning down inside of me
Maurice Gibb
Tragically, Maurice Gibb passed away
Down they go
The old disco band that sang, "Alone"
We really should be mourning you
mourning you
Loving you mourning you

Tragedy
When Maurice Gibb's gone and you can't go on
It's tragedy
When the mourning stops and you don't know why
We just lot Maur
With no-one to co-write you're
goin' nowhere
Tragedy
When you lose bassist and your keyboardist
It's tragedy
When the mourning stops and you don't know why
We just lost maur
With no-one to play bass you're
goin' nowhere
But Maurice is gone and you can't go on

Tragedy
[Repeat]

Better than Ben Tymers' tasteless parody, but my question is should we even make parodies of Bee Gee songs for Maurice's funeral?

Yeah, this is better than that other one. We can make parodies of Bee Gee songs if they are in good taste.

This is a tribute. I think it's appropriate.
