Parody Song Title:

"You Don't Know Arwen Yet"

Parody Written by:

Michael Pacholek

The Lyrics

(BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! EGREGIOUSLY PANDERING PARODY ALERT!) There are no men who don't love Arwen. Just men who haven't yet met her.
(instrumental opening)

I met an Elfin woman.
She took my heart away.
She said I had it coming to me.
I like girls who think that way.

You think this girl you won't be loving?
Man, you shouldn't take that bet.
You, you say you won't be one of her guys...

But you don't know Arwen yet.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.
You think your heart she's never gonna get.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.

(instrumental break)

Well, now I'm feeling better.
Didn't know, but now I'm sure.
And I don't need me a doctor.
Her magic is the cure.

She thinks fealty is good love.
Bow down to her coronet.
You, you say you won't be one of her guys...

But you don't know Arwen yet.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.
You think your heart she's never gonna get.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.
You'll be domesticated!

(instrumental break)

You think this girl you won't be loving?
Man, you shouldn't take that bet.
You, you say you won't be one of her guys...

But you don't know Arwen yet.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.
You think your heart she's never gonna get.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.

No, you don't know Arwen yet.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.
You think your heart she's never gonna get.
B-b-b-baby, you just d-don't know Arwen yet.
The preceding is meant to suggest the love a man has for his queen, not that the queen in question is engaging in any royal promiscuity. It's Arwen the Great, not Catherine the Great.

Ha! I don't know Arwen yet but she sure inspires a spaff-load of tributes. Great job and I'm sure she is (soon will be) tickled hink!

I always suspected your real name was Lancelot...

Mister Pacholek...how you make me swoon! =) As has been predicted...I AM tickled hink over this. I'm not honestly sure what it means to be tickled hink...but from TJC's usage, I'm thinking "giddy beyond what should be legally allowed" is a synonym. So...I'm going to go with it. =) Thanks, Sweetie!

And for those of you who DON'T know me...please know that this parody, while delightful...is also very serious. It's going to happen to you, too...I promise. You might as well sit back and enjoy the loving of me...because you can't NOT love me. It's impossible...; )
