BTW, my family does have a black cat named Jet!
My daughter has been a cat lover since she was a toddler. She went so far as to entice a stray cat into our house. And then she does the ol' "Oh Daddy, can we keep her" routine. I thought, "Sure, what could go wrong." Next thing you know, this kitteh birthed three kittens in one of our bedroom closets, so suddenly we have FOUR cats. And how are you gonna tell your daughter, "Sorry, Lil' One, we need to get rid of a couple of these NEWBORN KITTENS." .... What Daddy could ever say that to his only daughter
