The Lyrics

Superman is changing his costume after decades of crime fighting.
I've always been the great superhero king
Citizens love me
I defeat the plans of the world's enemies
I am the best, you see
But right now friends, I'm not doing hip shapers
I won't be seen... in briefs or that leotard now
They are... not my scene

No more Super Tights, guys
No more Lycra sheen
No more Super Tights, guys, today
In slick pants I'm seen

Yes Super Friends, you will see in the papers
My legs are keen, hairy--and I'm getting no runs now
I'm not...aquamarine

No more Super Tights, guys
No more splitting seams
No more Super Tights, guys
'Cause man, hairs stick, get itchy!

So now check out my costume today
Khaki slacks, my size (what a dude!)
No rude looks in the social circle
And no undies ride
My days of tights are finito
Ain't nothing wrong with hose
I must admit, the costs of laundering
And maintenance has rose
I say

No more Super Tights, guys
Maybe try some jeans
No more Super Tights, guys, now I
Feel less like a drag queen

No more Super Tights, guys
Batman's seeing green!
No more Super Tights, guys, my calves
Are thick, like a dream

Hee hee hee, hee hee hee, whoo!

It's about time Superman updated his look. I mean the guy has been wearing the same thing since the early 40s... (Glad to finally seeing you doing a superhero parody because I know you don't do too many of them cause you don't like/ read comics)

Really funny idea that was done pretty well. Pacing was off for me in a few places, but still an original idea that made me laugh. Nice work!

(Artistry) I like the topic idea a lot and there is definitely a good amount of humor in here. I think a lot of superheroes could use an updated wardrobe. Have you seen the principle photography of Jaime Foxx as Electro in the new Spiderman coming out? It's definitely different. You should check it out. However, this was not at tight as I'm used to seeing from you pacing-wise, but none-the-less a solid parody.

(Artistry) The comments about runs don't really work when Superman's outfit is made of a Kryptonian fabric, but otherwise this was a pretty solid parody. 555!
