And even if he was a Muslim as a kid, it is possible to convert to Christianity. Conversions do happen.

Indeed, if he were a Muslim today as you would have it, he would have been shunned by religious leaders for attending A CHRISTIAN CHURCH in Chicago for a number of years.

AHA! You got the surname right, but you didn't get the first name right. You said BARRY O'bama......who I doubt is related to Barak.

That evidence is highly dubious, Malcolm. First off, the photo is barely legible. Second, I could create a similar looking document about any political candidate within 4 hours on Photoshop. Without some kind of confirmation from other sources (like former faculty from that school), I'll consider this evidence suspect. Unlike a good many people in this world, I don't believe everything I read on the internet.

But even if it is legitimate, I take any declaration of a child's religion as worthless once that child is an adult and can make his own decisions about faith and belief. I went to sunday school until I was 12, but once I could think for myself, I became agnostic. I'm pretty sure there are no gods, but I have seen no proof one way or the other as to a god's existence.

Last, Christians SHOULD shun no one, but I know a good many who call themselves Christian who do shun homosexuals, Muslims, minorities, liberals. I could go on, but I think I've said enough for this comment.
