I've never figured out where this abominal (abdominal?) fashion trend started. See it all the time in the city. Which has only led to women taking care to ensure that their brassiere straps are showing. Nice take on the ABBA tune. Security code for this comment "UUP". As in "Pull your pants uup!"
Fashion has definitely hit a new "low"!
I'm just glad that the boxers are high and dry because crack kills. I heard a story once that related that the sagging pants gig started in prisons. The young bidges would wear their pants low to accomo-date easy access. Don't know how true it is but it could happen. ANyway nice take up on a popular Abba OS. I like this fine. 5's attcha.
