Being from a country which is considered a welfare state I can say social security is intended to be a safety net, not a hammock. I have been myself one year unemployed (and decent social services saved my butt), but abusing the societal means which are intended to prevent catastrophe is something which goes beyond my comprehension. What else can you think about a single mom who has seven brats to three different blokes at 30? Anyway, fivers. Here in Finland we have this thing called Reilu Meininki...
