I ate some tainted food but I don't know when

Just this morning it started
Fouled my pants when I farted

Damn these cramps are so bad, now in the toilet I spew
I can't count all the times that I've had to go poo

They say you can find anything on the internet, and here I am sat on the bus when "Diarrhea, here I go again" pops into my head and thinking man it would be so satisfying if someone else had had the same idea and made it into a full parody. Thanks for maintaining my faith in the internet.
