The Lyrics

As far as I'm concerned, this website can never have enough ABBA parodies...
Pooper-Scooper – clean your lawn will soon be
Cleaning up the poo
Like I always do
When my dog does number two

Everyday I like to walk my dog
Sniffing where the tall grass grows
Soon the food he ate will make a log
Stinks up wherever the wind blows
Then at last the dog is squatting
(his butt is squatting – squatting down)
To leave pile in the night
(a massive pile - massive pile)
But it is gonna soon be gone -
Thanks to the tool I brought tonight

(with my)
Pooper-Scooper no one's gonna find them
Steaming in the sun
Unless he has the runs-
Soon the cleanup will be done

(thanks to the)
Pooper-Scooper – clean your lawn will soon be
Cleaning up the poo
Like I always do
When my dog does number two

If you're owning one of man's best friend
At least you won't be so lonely
But you have a job that never ends
Walking them around twice, daily
There are times when no one's looking
(lets walk away – get away)
But I know it isn't right
(it helps to fertilize the lawn)
To leave there, attracting flies
and turning white

(with my)
Pooper-Scooper no one's gonna find them
Steaming in the sun
Unless it has the runs-
Soon the cleanup will be done

(thanks to the)
Pooper-Scooper – clean your lawn will soon be
Cleaning up the poo
Like I always do
When my dog does number two

Remember when you were a pup
No matter where you had to go, I'd clean it up
Then you learned to go outside and do it right
But I still clean up your piles every night!

(with my)
Pooper-Scooper no one's gonna find them
Steaming in the sun
Unless he has the runs-
Soon the cleanup will be done

(thanks to the)
Pooper-Scooper – clean your lawn will soon be
Cleaning up the poo
Like I always do
When my dog does number two

This was quite good. Not familiar with the OS so I won't vote.....I kept hearing "Dancing Queen" as I read it! (and it even worked out pretty good that way!)- at least it's from a group I recognize...half the songs on here are from the 90's/00's and therefore as foriegn to me as testosterone is to Michael Jackson.

Yeah, this is a little obscure and it can be hard to get Dancing Queen out of your head once it's in there. Also, all Abba songs sound alike so take your pick...

It's Money Yoness, right on the mark as usual...

Patrick, Take another listen to ABBA. Hie thee to thy local music website and get a copy of "The Visitors", then tell me that all ABBA songs sound alike. After you've done that, check out "Chess" Björn Ulvaeus' and Benny Andersson's (the two B's in ABBA) 80's musical, which they teamed up with Tim Rice to write: this musical has one of the first, if not the first, rap song -- at least one done by a white guy (credited to Murray Head, actually sung by Anders Glenmark of Gemini, a Swedish group with his sister, Karin Glenmark); and one of the most powerful vocals ever done by any male singer..."Anthem". Now, if you really want to hear what these master composers are capable of, get a copy of "Kristina från Duvelmåla", a 4-hour musical on 3 cd's based on Vilhelm Moberg's book series "The Emigrants" (also made into a movie with Max von Sydow in the 70's). Why, yes, it is in Swedish, but it is some of the most emotionally powerful music you will ever hear. There are online translations available. ABBA is one heck of a lot more than "Dancing Queen", my friends. I didn't even get into Agnetha Fältskog's and Anni-Frid Lyngstad's solo work, which is nothing short of astounding. If you are interested...anyone, drop me a line, and I would be glad to discuss this group. Great parody, by the way... if you haven't heard the actual song, "Super Trouper", it is on the album of the same title, and it's quite pretty...also not anything like "Dancing Queen". Take a chance on ABBA. You won't regret it, and you might find that you actually...um, even like it. Scotty pvtbooth4thovi@myway.com sirsmurfalotster@gmail.com

Wow, I really hit the jackpot with my "all Abba songs sound alike" comment. I was hoping to illicit some comments from Abba fans. I don't really feel that way and actually enjoy their music quite a bit. (sometimes more than I'm willing to admit!)

TOS is called "Super Trouper". It's singular, not plural.
