Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"Bruin"

Parody Written by:

John A. Barry

The Lyrics

Bruin found on road had met it’s doom;
reapin’ it, with plans to cook it soon.
He can’t imaging anything that’s better
than roasted roadkill with fur, even feathers.
He is as happy as can be when he’s
removin’ flattened animals for food
loony is for sure what is this dude.

Then, he has second thoughts; frivolity
enters his mind…haul it to NYC.
That is what he will do instead of eat this
bruin…will be difficult to move.
Puts it in his van—he’s in the groove.
Go, go, go, go!

He puts it in Central Park; the next day;
people encounter, and they all say:
“How did this get here from so far away?!”
Bike sits right next to it; brain in his head was bit.

Movin’ from the Park to ocean’s spume;
chainsawed whale’s head…on van…off he zoomed.
Soaked kids crowed: “Gross!”

Brewin’ whale-chowdah brunch.
