The Lyrics

Song #11 in my mock opera, "Tom D."
Pundit:
Ever since he was a young boy,
He played with withered balls.
His cojones were slighter
Than those on Newts that crawl.
Then tainted rightists put him
In to abuse Congress halls.
That dreck, dung, and slime bitch
Sure is a mean sleazeball.

He mishandles statutes,
Part of the corrupt machine.
Squealing when he's rumpered--
Brays like Howard Dean
He flays the Constitution,
Got dimwits in his thrall.
That dreck, dung, and slime bitch
Sure is a mean sleazeball.

He's a slimeball lizard
From Hastert and from Frist,
The slimeball lizard
Takes such a knuckled fist.

Although he is a nitwit
He does know
How to fake with God.

He's done many infractions,
He's like a buzzard from hell.
He reeks like shite a-splashin',
Anus is his smell
Satan crapped a Delay--
Need stilts above it all.
That dreck, dung, and slime witch
Sure is a pinhead, y'all.

You thought Newt was
The Beltway sleazball king,
But Newt just handed
His slimeball cup to him.

He brings bad bills to the table
For vipers in his nest.
His dimshitefuls sleaze with him,
But he's by far the best.
Got thievin', slippery fingers,
Watch out! He'll steal it all.
That dreck, dung, and slime witch
Sure's paid for his pitfalls.

John, please tell me you did not write all of these out in one evening. I will leave just a comment here. 1: I guess my The Who " Then and Now " is missing juuuuuust a few songs. 2: Tom Delay isn't worth the effort, though I applaude yours. 3: I see you are not suffering from writer's block. 1 555 and 21 DKTOS.

I haven't been around long enough to know but I surmise that 22 parodies from OSs from one band set to one person in one day is a record.

So, I take it you don't like Tom Delay then, right? ;-)

To commerate this, I am working on a parody at the moment. You should check out tomorrow's submissions.

John, this is the only OS in your epic that I know, but OMG you're prolific, aren't you? So here's 555 for this song and a secret 100/100/100 for taking on such a challenge. You're a star!

Parody done and submitted. I misspelled DeLay as Delay on purpose.

Incredibly clever word-play here, JB...that could ALMOST be overlooked by how much fun it is to bash this creep...yeah...some folks won't like it...so what...

I've got half the "My Fair Lady" soundtrack done, but on different subjects. That pales in comparison to your accomplishment.

Great work..T.D. well trounced....not too familiar with songs by The Who...have heard of 'em though, and know that probably one of their biggest fans was Horton, from "The Grinch".......but, three fives to ya'

Being a late fan of the rock opera myself, I'm fiving you for this one, John. This the only one I completely remember without the CD for aid. I'll make an effort to dig up the CD and review the rest of 'em in the near future. Until then, props for this entry in your mock opera.
