Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

(I'm Eating Lots Of) Tasty Pies
(I'm Eating Lots Of) Tasty Pies
'Cause I eat and I eat and I eat and I eat
I eat so, I eat so

When I'm drivin' in my car
And that feeling comes up in my stomache
And he's tellin' me to eat some more
Very tasty pies
Sayin' they'll light a fire in my digestion
I can't get no, oh no no no.
Hey hey hey, that's what I'll eat.

I can't get no more pies
I'm so hungry, think I might die
'Cause I eat and I eat and I eat and I eat
I eat so much, I eat so much

When I'm watchin' my TV
And Family Guy is on
I start really craving pies
Well Peter sure is a man 'cause he eats them
The same pie brand as me.
I eat so much, oh no no no.
Hey hey hey, that's what I say.

I eat so many tasty pies,
I eat so many I might die.
'Cause I eat and I eat and I eat and I eat
They won't serve me, at Denny's

When I'm ridin' round the world
In a big old airplane
And I ask for a pie
They tell me they tell me they don't serve any
And I throw a hissy fit 'cause
I can't get no, oh no no no.
Hey hey hey, that's what I say.

Oh I so love, oh I so love
Oh I so love eating pies
Love pies, love pies, love pies

Food parodies are usually satisfying, as this one is. 5's.

I was wondering where you were this week. I see you've been working hard on this one. (AH, found the problem: the less than sign closes off one's comment....AIR, HUH?!) Okay, I'm gonna grab my snorkel and dive right through the parody underworld's sewers. The humor just falls flat, as if a sumo wrestler purposely sat on this song for about three straight hours and laughed about something completely different. 1, 1, 1......But pacing, hmm....OH! You messed that up too. Even though some of these lines are simply copied from the original song, there are quite a significant amount of missteps in pacing. Even in the chorus! Also, there are areas where it was supposed to rhyme with other lines, but....oh, Harry, one more song and the 0 score will pop up. 111.

CrazyCam, you just don't see how Harold's parodies are so great. Sure, the pacing isn't always spot on, and they can get random a bit of the time, but that's part of what makes this so funny! Learn to laugh at these genius parodies or stop commenting on them. 555!

Are you serious? I love randomness, but Harold does a horrible job delivering it. And the fact that you admitted that the pacing isn't spot on, but you give it 5 anyway, shows how blindly accepting some people on this site are. Terry Gilliam is one of my favorite filmmakers, and he is practically the king of random nonsense. But at least most of the time, it works very well. Harold though, not in the slightest. And are you suggesting I force myself to laugh at horrible parodies? No promotions of conformity, TSK!
The CrazyCam - May 22, 2010 - Report this comment
Oh, and add Voltaire to that. I recently checked out some of his songs, and surprisingly, his randomness worked pretty decently. Again though, Harold, not at all. Hell, Karen, what are you talking about, "genius parodies"? Have you ever read a parody ever in your life? And nope, unless I have a load of schoolwork again, I'll keep on commenting on parodies of songs I know. Harold, I suggest making parodies of crappy songs. :D

Shut up, CrazyCam.

Can't, Tourette's. And your name is perfect....to ask Harold.

That was so great! I love your parodies! Keep 'em coming!
Long Name? Maybe. Depends On If You Consider This Long - May 24, 2010 - Report this comment
I love this! Harold, you are awesome. Don't listen to anyone else who tells you otherwise.
