Some very good substitutions, but the reliance on syllable matching appears to have led to some awkward wording. And I don't understand the changing of the tense from present to past in the second line of the second verse.

Oops! GM/Chrysler bailouts were 4 (not 5) years ago, i.e., under Obama's dictat (not Bush's).
