My tribute to the Green Lantern (specifically Hal Jordan) for the Super White Album parody project.
I'm a test pilot with the name of Hal Jordan
I fight with the pow'r of green
I found a spaceship, Abin Sur's, he was dyin'
He passed his ring on to me

He told me by the ring I'm chosen
All that destiny crud
So I became the new Green Lantern
Kinda awesome, huh?

Well, the lantern ring, it is fueled by willpower

I am not the only Green Lantern
There's Kilowog and more
Each in charge of their own space section

Very cool Green Lantern parody. I only wish you could have squeezed a line in there about Sinestro seeing that he's his main enemy or his weakness to the color yellow. Other than that this was a pretty awesome spoof!
