They will move the company 100% offshore, and make America the subsidiary, pay ZERO taxes in America as opposed to small amounts they can pay now. They will also employ less americans. I agree with you on this one, Malcom, taxing the offshore stuff just costs US jobs, IMO. They can move offshore, but there is an "exit" tax already on the books to get them there, but it is a one time tax.
