London Transport drove a bus today
We've been cruisin' in and out of town
And you're guaranteed to never frown
So let me introduce the fares
The service that is fast and cares
London Transport's Awesome Red Buses
We're London Transport's Awesome Red Buses
We hope you will enjoy the ride
We're London Transport's Awesome Red Buses
Sit back and let the driver drive
London Transport's awesome, London Transport's awesome
London Transport's Awesome Red Buses
Its wonderful to drive you
You're certainly so cool
You're all such lovely passengers
We'd love to take you all home now
We'd love to take you home
We don't really want to stop the ride
We all know that you work 9 to 5
And the drivers going to stop the bus
And he wants you all to work with us
So let us introduce to you
The one and only Oyster Card

Oyster Card.

TfL should hire you to do their PR, Jase! I don't know what part of London you're in, but in my neck of the woods, the buses are dirty and overcrowded, and don't get me started on fares! This was cute rather than funny. 545
Thanks Kristof! I drive buses in the Shepherd's Bush area. You should take a trip on Route 148 that has the newest vehicles!
cool! I ride the bus too and once while waiting started thinking about a parody of "Tush" because I needed to take the bus to the downtown bus station. I've also started to do something with "Bus Stop" months ago and never finished.
Thanks Ann H!
like Kristof, I can hear and see this as a commercial Jason - and whoa, two bus parodies on the same day!! *goggle-eyed*- 555
So, where is everyone? Sheesh! I enjoyed this, Jason. I was there in 1982 and loved riding the double-deckers, especially the old Routemasters :) My father and I caught one to Selhurst Park to watch Palace play Watford. We got there in time for the second half :( But that was not the buses fault :)
Thanks again!
Stuart: Yea, I work as a bus driver so it may restore people's faith in London's crappy bus service!
Peregrin: I used to drive the Routemasters and they were brilliant to drive! Why why WHY did Ken Livingstone take them off the road?
