She must have the spices she seeks

Find her some saffron and tumeric, grand
(What she would give for a sprinkling of dill)
Ginger, parsley and fenugreek
(Absent of those is most of her food)
She won't be picky about the brand
(Just anything that tastes good to the tongue)
Spice is now the thing that she seeks

Get her some nutmeg for her pumpkin pie
(Warm, mellow, running with whipped cream medallions)
Tarragon and parsley, no doubt
(This is her order, if you would fulfill)
Pumpernickel on freshed baked rye
(That she fought for some spice, 'twill not be forgotten)
I can't wait til her book comes out
