Hello LaTeX my old friend,
I've come to mess with you again -
Because the fear of failing badly
Has made me empty my files madly!
And my notes, they're all obvious or wrong -
or too long -
but have the sound - of science.

And so I reach the RSL -
a rather beige vision of hell
It has journals on the ceiling!
They don't look all that appealing!
The librarians, are all suspicious, bent and weird -
and rightly feared:
they keep the sound - of science.

All around the students sit
Trying to make some sense of it
Students writing without knowing!
Reading faster never slowing!
But not one - not the best nor the least prepared -
No-one dared
Disturb the sound - of science

And the student bowed and prayed
To the Powerpoints they'd made!
And the screen flashed out its warning
That what we're studying was - boring!
And the screen said: the words of the tutors
are written on the internet!
You can bet -
They have the sound - of science.
