The Germans had used a combination of German engineering, German quantum physics, Tesla's known broadcast power ideas, and metaphysical technology from Vril. The initial construct was claimed to be of non-terrestrial origin but I dispute that as the Germans never needed outside help with anything! They invented true stealth tech, led in optics, armor, various flight revolutions, and U-boat tech. they had advanced small arms, dominated IR, invented real camouflage, every conceivable missile type, nerve gases, and exotic weapons beyond the tech of that time. They were reaching towards space and force fields as well as field dampening, weather manipulation, and even attempts at time travel. Btw, German synthetic fuel was available for US postwar use but Big Oil had the Texas A&M results classified and compartmentalized.
