The Lyrics

For context, see “Good?! Oh Please; It’s Ugily!”
PRIGGINS: Alright, Do-Little, I want you to start by repeating after me. We need to work on this before you even pick up a pencil or a brush. Repeat what I will explain:

Take pains to arrange paint upon the plane.
Feign rain on Spain’s plains in reign of Charlemagne. (Pronounced with two syllables: sharl-MAIN.)

DO-LITTLE (looking perplexed): Uh, could you repeat that?

PRIGGINS (exasperated): Very well! But please pay attention.

Take pains to arrange paint upon the plane.
Feign rain on Spain’s plains in reign of Charlemagne.

Alright, now you do it.

DO-LITTLE: Take paint and place it on the plane to feign the reign of Charlemagne in Spain.

PRIGGINS (enraged; PICTURING chuckles discreetly) No! No!! No!!! No!!!! Maintain your train of thought, you pain. I can’t refrain from exclaiming that you must have a lame brain. Once again:

Take pains to arrange paint upon the plane.
Feign rain on Spain’s plains in reign of Charlemagne.

DO-LITTLE: Paint the plane to arrange it to feign the reign of Charlemagne singing in the rain in Spain. Screw it! This is a pain.

PRIGGINS (seething yet contained): You inane bane?! Once again, and please concentrate!

DO-LITTLE

Take pains to arrange paint upon the plane.
Feign rain on Spain’s plains in reign of Charlemagne.

PRIGGINS: Again!

DO-LITTLE

Take pains to arrange paint upon the plane.
Feign rain on Spain’s plains in reign of Charlemagne.

PRIGGINS (delighted): By George, he’s got it. Now, once again, what to arrange?

DO-LITTLE: It’s the paint on the plane

PRIGGINS: And who was that Froggy bane?

DO-LITTLE: Charlemagne, Charlemagne.

ALL THREE

Take pains to arrange paint upon the plane.
Feign rain on Spain’s plains in reign of Charlemagne.

I always have liked this song, so I am impressed you pulled this off. I like parody's that are done differently.

I see you have returned to doing blocks of parodies. Good for you- 555 on all! I just cracked 3500 myself and am at 524 this year so far. My W4 formula still works for creativity, but this year I've added more food and toilet humor parodies which are not my norm. I still think you should go for 5000! I will break 4000 in 2017 sometime...
