Faster pacing, horses racing—
it’s disaster.

On a carousel,

Fearing for their kids on charging horses,
parents are dismayed.
Two men fighting, punching faces—
it’s no game they play.
This can’t keep up; it will break up
and come tumbling down

Down, down, down…fall the two.
One down on the ground looks like he’s through.

He’s deceased; his hand flops open, as starts rigor mort’;
Guy’s absolved, so he will not face murder in the court.
Too bad Bruno didn’t make it, but he was doomed to die.

Off the carousel,

he flew and went down onto the ground,
and then his escapades were through.

Riding again on the train is Guy…
new fiancée too.
Riding along, and they meet a guy,
who asks of him, “Aren’t you…?”

Guy stalks off; the last time he met
with a train stranger:
