The Lyrics

Someone on the HP board was leaking to the press. Board Chair (soon to be ex-) Patricia Dunn hired dicks to spy on board members and members of the press, using "pretexting" (in which they faked identities to obtain info about press, etc.), among other methods, which are now being investigated by several state and federal agencies. The devious dicks even contemplated placing associates in CNET headquarters, posing as janitors, to rifle reporters' files. Nearly every day reveals more about the botched Orwellian scheme (just heard on the news that the company's CEO may be in on the sordid act). At this point, it's uncertain as to how much was done at Dunn's directive and how much was overzealous dick initiative.
There's a tapped-line scam found at HP,
Driven by chair of board,
Searching for the one who to the press leaks had poured.
She got some private dicks for hire;
They were cleared to hear the line.
So the witch in tapped-line scam
Should be doing time.

You know she needs incarceration,
A felonious brain.
Each day lid blows off pretext schmoes,
Shows Orwell-prose domain.

For your sleaze the Feds may want you
For your bungled dumbass crime.
You're the witch in tapped-line scam.
Dicks bill for their time.

[sounds of packets pulsing through the lines]

And I need some more to taunt you:
Dunn, you're done. Expunge the slime.
You, the bitch in tapped-line scam,
Should be doing time.
