Parody Song Title:

"Ladies Of The Night"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Ladies of the night…are sellin’ quickies
No romance in sight…there’ll be no hickeys
They’re not makin’ love…so never misconstrue

Drunken horny guys…want cheap relievin’
Coke whores wantin’ highs…are known for thievin’
Skanky crackhead tarts…will purloin cash from you

Ladies of the night
Will service people who get little from the wife
But come the moment when you say your first hello…to the junkie ho
She won’t take your breath away…because she’s high on meth all day

And…

Knowin’ it’s not right…an’ none too clever
You think that you might…though thought you’d never
Have some fun tonight…with ladies of the night

Now you’ve had your end away…a heavy price you’re gonna pay

‘Cillin for your wife…don’t say, “Whatever”
She will grab that knife…a Bobbitt sever
STDs are rife…with ladies of the night

Ho Ho Ho! The best laugh of the day!

A frank message.

Humorous and informative at the same time. I used to work in a neighborhood where "ladies" of the "oldest profession" attempted to ply their trade. Never saw one get picked up. But, on the nights when the police decoys were out, the cops were busy for hours pulling in Johns for cash. We could spot them from a block away, but the poor fools who took the bait never seemed to catch on. But that's nothing compared to what they might have caught had they been a day earlier.

I could imagine Sinatra singing this and it got me laughing even harder.

Andy, surely this couldn't be a problem in little ol' Derbyshire? Surely such depravity has never reached the streets of your fine town...

Great laughs in this one, sprucing up Frank's undoubtedly famous but ultimately sleep-inducing tune.

Excellent! One of my faves of the day. This would be a hoot if it were performed by a Sinatra impersonator.

Thanks everyone for all of the votes and comments.

Patrick: I can imagine. Decoy cops always look too healthy. Our force does the same. Pulling in 20 johns makes their overall arrest record look better as well as generating plenty of cash. It's also far easier than going after the real criminals.

Peregrin: You're setting yourself up again. You know what I mean! The last knocking shop around here was closed down in the 1920s when the pimp was run out of town by an angry mob. I hear that he emigrated! Any saddos around here who need that sort of action have to go all the way to Derby City to get it.

Dave: Good one!

Heh heh! I would have expected no less of a reply :) Derby huh? All of a sudden the nickname Rams has an added connotation.
