| Parody Song Title: | "Free Credit Report: Elvis Presley" |
| Parody Written by: | Michael Pacholek |
The other day, somebody did a parody of one of those dopey "FreeCreditReport.com" commercials. Hmmmm... Wonder what kind of credit rock stars have?
We're caught in a debt.
I can't walk out.
Because I owe them too much, baby.
Why can't you see
what you're spending with me
when they don't believe I'll ever pay?
We can't go on together
with these credit lines!
(These credit lines!)
And we can't build our dreams
on these credit lines!
So if an old friend I know
a thousand bucks, he'd blow
would I still hear those callers on my phone?
Here they go again.
Calls today, there's ten.
You can't hear these moans I'm groaning.
(Moans I'm groaning!)
We can't go on together
with these credit lines!
(These credit lines!)
And we can't build our dreams
on these credit lines!
Won't let our car survive!
Repossessed before our eyes!
Let's don't let a good card die!
No, honey, you know I'd never
pay for you!
Mm-hm!
Yeah, yeah!
We're caught in a debt.
I can't walk out.
Because I owe them too much, baby.
Why can't you see
what you're spending with me
when they don't believe I'll ever pay?
Oh, don't you know...
We're caught in a debt.
I can't walk out.
Because I owe them too much, baby.
Oh, don't you know...
We're caught in a debt.
I can't walk out.
Because I owe them too much, baby.
Oh, don't you know...
We're caught in a debt.
I can't walk out.
Because I owe them too much, baby.
Oh, don't you know...
We're caught in a debt.
I can't walk out.
Because I owe them too much, baby.
(repeat 'til fade)
