Today’s a day I’m glad is over now
And I’m back here with you.
You know I love you dear, and though it’s cosy here,
There’s something I’d like to do…

I don’t mean playing bingo!
We could go to a discotheque where we could twist and shout.
Let’s go from pub to pub,
And maybe cause some aggro!
We’ll get worse as the night goes on, of that there is no doubt.

Well, it’s a crying shame,
Each night we do the same,
We stay in with each other…

Tonight’s a night for doing lots of things
