Parody Song Title:

"For Widest Girth"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Our young are stills the plumpest. Makes me furayus.
There's something happening here
Widest ass is a contest -that's clear
There's a shop with some pie over there
Telling me I can eat and not care

It's time we stop children
There's no doubt
Everybody here is porking out

There's large slacks being filled
Everything's tight, and no one is thrilled
Young people stuffing their face
Trying to fill up the maximum space

It's time we stop children
There's no doubt
America's youth is porking out

What a mountain on the plate
A thousand people overweight
Young people don't think it's rude
Getting' so much persuasion
From fast food

It's time we stop children
There's no doubt
American kids are porking out

Bunch o' taters fry deep
Into your thighs they will creep
It starts when you're already fat
Then the clerk says, "Would you like
To supersize that?"

It's time we stop children
There's no doubt
Everybody here is porking out
It's time we stop children
There's no doubt
Everybody here is porking out

I have a feeling not many people realize this is the song that goes, "Stop, hey, what's that sound; everybody look what's goin' down" or it would have more votes. Great job, here's my favorite part: "It starts when you’re already fat/ Then the clerk says, 'Would you like To supersize that?'"

I liked it, Rick. I've got to admit I was expecting you to do more with the "a-gettin' so much resistance/from be-hind" line. It's a perfect opportunity to incorporate the original lyric but with a different meaning. Or should I say lyric butt? 4-4-4 d;:^)

Glad you left that comment, Claude. I'm a little scatter-brained, today and didn't recognise the title. Great job, Rick.

In retrospect, You're both right. I've been living this site the last few weeks, and I really need to "let them cook" a few days before slapping them on here. Keep up the critique, and I'll take a sad song and make it better.

Excellent commentary on America's love affair with fast food! You are really Tim Hall in disguise, right? ;-)

Nice job, Rick. I would echo the above comment above a lot of folks not recognizing the song title even though they know the "What's that sound..." part.

As long as there are no more too-skinny parodies, fine with me!
