The Lyrics

/Hi, I'm back.
Farewell Brangelina
The birdies twee tweet
Their songs going viral
They're so indiscreet
The internet's buzzing
There's hats full of bees
Farewell, Brangelina, the net;s overloaded
I must break free.

It's not Pearl Harbor
There's no civil war
Just celebrity woes
Just the same as before
Just a mansion standing empty
By the Skeleton Coast
Farewell. Brangelina
The net's full of ennui
There's no need to boast.

The Prince and the Queen
Evacuated the yard
Royal imposters
Deceiving the guards
In the space where Chuck
And Diana were wed
Farewell Brangelina
The net's changing subjects
I'm going to bed.

See the pappaprazi waiting
Outside your door
Armed with their cameras
They/re waiting for more
Embarrasing moments
For the 30 mile zone
Farewell Brangelina - It's time you retired
You're standing alone.

Vampires, little freaks
Out the front door they run
Hell bent for nowhere
While attorneys begun
Proceeding for no good
To keep everyone quiet
Farewell, Brangelina - your fans have moved on
There wont be a riot.

E! channel is humming
The public names names
Ellen DeGeneris
Joins the Friends in the game
That Los Feliz mansion
Seems empty and cold
Farewell, Brangelina - Jen must be gloating
I must crawl in a hole.

It's really nasty that the tabloids keep exploiting Jolie over the split. Good parody- 555!

Danke. Herr Arndt und alles. I haven't paid attention to the tabloids, but I read in the LA Times that she bought the former home of Cecil BVD Mille for a hefty sum so she seems to be doing quite well. Any boyfriends? Now about The so called President...

Welcome back. Nice job. Not hilarious or anything, but rather poetic. Also, couldn't help but notice this song hasn't been parodied on AmiRight before. Did you know there's a challenge right here on this very site where that sort of thing happens and gets rewarded with sweet sweet attention on a weekly basis? Tell you more? Okay if you insist. It's called "One Week Notice" and you can find a link with the latest info on the AmiRight front page in the Events section. It's a great way to exchange feedback, if you're interested in that sort of thing. Okay thanks bye

Interestingly simple idea that happens to be timely. What Claude says is interesting, surprised there are Bob Dylan songs that haven't been parodied yet on this site giving how frequently 60s and 70s songs are targeted here. Anyone, enjoyed it.

Thanks, but what is that in English?

@2Eagle: Probably one profane word that St. Mark used, I see. With six number signs.
