The Lyrics

on the highways and theyre right in front of me
holding up their signs they want the world to see
Its just a total blast of George W

Do you know youre rights, Mr Jones?
Do you know what its like on the front lines?
think that youre right blocking traffic holding up your signs
Mr Jones

They keep yelling and being told that theyre too loud
If you dont like it here, then why dont you get out?
or maybe youre part of their side, instead
making sure that Saddam doesnt wind up dead

Do you know youre rights, Mr Jones?
Do you know what its like on the front lines?
think that youre right blocking traffic holding up your signs
Mr Jones

on the highways and theyre right in front of me
holding up their signs they want the world to see
Its just a total blast of George W

Do you know youre rights, Mr Jones?
Do you know what its like on the front lines?
think that youre right blocking traffic holding up your signs
Mr Jones

So where was this sentiment when the Cubans -- NOT "Cuban-Americans" -- were blocking traffic in Miami and on the Lincoln Tunnel Approachway in Union City, New Jersey when the FBI rescued Elian Gonzalez from his kidnappers? Or were THAT blocking of traffic by protestors and THOSE burning American flags and THOSE dirty bums who chose not to get a job not worth parodying? In the words of Bob Dylan, then still understandable, Something is happening here, but you don't know what it is, do you, Mr. Jones?

but those people are defending american rights! There is a very fine difference! America is a country that looks out for others and maintains order...anti war protesters are trying to stop America from maintaining order....even though they werent American, they were keeping order...rightful protests are alright...

Actully, no ones right in blocking traffic....then peaceful protests turn un-peaceful....I dont care what side your on, you dont infring on the rights of others by blocking traffic
