The Lyrics

The saga continues...this time our hero is looking for help with his problem in the for of a support group. Original Song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-LKX84zmz4
[Slacker]
I've got a really bad disease
I just keep slacking with important things
Eight years at university
I’m still not close to my degree

Please help me, I just want to change
I won’t do homework, I’m online all day
I feel just like that Blutarsky
Zero-point-zero GPA

Feel deflated
Brain’s vacated
I have to try and find a way to help my grade

[Procrastinator’s Anonymous Director]
I think I’ll help you with a cure
Called getting off your butt; going outdoors
You'll be surprised when you explore
Do this, and you’re bound to mature

You need to get your butt offline
You’d never know when you’re on there all the time
The internet, it rots your mind
It cuts into your homework time

Will not fail you
It won’t derail you
Won’t feel urge to procrastinate, you will feel so great!

[Slacker]
So I’ll listen to your wisdom
I’ve got a test for Chemistry
My study time, filled with sunshine
I studied up and got an A!
No slacking for me!

Think I’m changing
No time wasted
I’m helping out my GPA
All thanks to you
I’m passing math too
It looks like I will graduate!

Mind in prison, but your wisdom
Has helped me exceptionally
Found an int’rest of this Pinterest
A new internet enemy…

No 'Blutarsky' vote here... 5's for execution, and über-ironic—considering the topic—stick-to-it-ivness with this ambitious series!

As a big Green Day fan any parodies of their songs will catch my eye, and you've done this one proud, Abbott. Perfect match of mood to the OS, pacing tight as a drum and lots of skilfull wordplay. I'm not going to procrastinate about giving this a 555.
