For the past year, I've been working out at a nearby gym with a personal trainer and she taught me many good workout techniques. My contract with her ended recently, which means I'll be training on my own this summer but I'm implementing the things she taught me into my workout routine. This is basically a song about that, and the overall awesome feeling a workout always provides.
